Hanging blue bell-shaped flowers on thin stalks. Grows between 15-40cm tall. Roundish leaves at base, very narrow linear leaves up thin stem. Prefers dry grassland.

Micranthes stellaris
Arctic–alpine species. 5–10 white flowers on a stem up to 20 cm tall, rising from a basal leaf rosette. Likes damp rock ledges, cliffs, mountain streams - usually sheltered or shady locations. It prefers damp, acid soils.
